" Before starting I was feeling really stressed and overwhelmed with life in general. I am the sole parent of a 2 year old, work full time, go to University part-time and I'm in the process of renovating my home to sell it. I was hesitant at first because I'm really not one to follow any kind of strict outline especially with eating because I'm on the go so much and cooking is something I absolutely hate to do. "Before: I felt great before, i'm very active and somewhat lean to begin with however have a very hard time losing weight..
